Trauma-informed courses for high-conflict co-parenting
Find your bearings, even in the confusion.
Practical, trauma-informed tools for parents navigating high-conflict co-parenting, separation and a child's emotional dysregulation — so you don't lose yourself, and you don't lose your child.
Built from lived experience and years of trauma-informed practice — not theory alone.
Interactive
Guided exercises and reflection prompts, not a video to passively watch.
Practical
Built for real moments — the car ride, the handover, the meltdown — not just theory.
Engaging
Designed to hold your attention on the days you're running on empty.
This isn't a stack of PDFs and pre-recorded videos. Every course ends with your own collection of practical tools, tailored to you and your family.
Is this for you
You'll know these moments.
If any of this feels familiar, you're in the right place.
-
✓
You're co-parenting with someone who blurs accountability, rewrites events, or leaves you constantly explaining yourself.
-
✓
Your child comes home from handover confused, withdrawn, or anxious to please — and you're not sure how to help.
-
✓
You've done your own healing, but you're realising love and insight alone aren't enough to protect your child's inner world.
-
✓
You want practical, nervous-system-based tools — not more theory — for the next handover, the next meltdown, the next hard conversation.
-
✓
You're afraid of losing connection with your child to parental alienation — and you want to protect your bond without losing yourself in the process.
What you'll learn
Skills for the moments no one prepared you for.
Every course is built around one idea: your child needs skills, not explanations — and so do you.
Naming emotions instead of swallowing them
Give your child language for what they feel, so feelings stop leaking out as behaviour.
Reading withdrawal and shutdown
Understand silence and confusion as communication, not a verdict on your child's worth.
Recognising manipulation without accusing
Help your child trust their own perception without turning them against a parent.
Nervous-system regulation, for both of you
Practical co-regulation tools you can use in the car, at handover, or mid-meltdown.
Holding two truths at once
Loving someone and protecting yourself from their behaviour aren't contradictions.
Building internal anchors
Give your child a steady sense of self that an unpredictable environment can't take from them.

Co-Parenting with a Narcissist
$95 one-time
Work through practical, interactive lessons that give you the language and strategy to communicate with a high-conflict co-parent — cutting through the circular conversations, the blame-shifting, and the exhausting over-explaining. Rather than just reading about it, you'll practise the scripts yourself, and come away with a personalised toolkit ready for your next difficult exchange.
Regulated Parenting
$95 one-time
A hands-on course in nervous-system literacy for parents, with interactive exercises you actually practise, not just theory to read about. Navigating Handover
$95 one-time
An interactive, practical course built around the moments before and after handover, when children are often at their most dysregulated and least able to say why. Through guided exercises rather than passive lessons, you'll build your own toolkit of calming strategies and scripts, tailored to how handover actually plays out in your family.
Boundary Mastery
$95 one-time
A practical, exercise-based course in setting and holding boundaries with a high-conflict co-parent — clearly, calmly, and without needing them to agree. You'll work through real scenarios interactively rather than just reading advice, and come away with a personalised toolkit of boundary scripts you can put to use straight away.
Safe Hearts Method
$95 one-time
An interactive course for you and your child, built around practical, engaging activities rather than something to passively watch together. Sunny's Feelings
$95 one-time
A deeper, interactive course for children ready to explore tricky feelings — loyalty binds, manipulation, and being told things that don't match what they know is true. Meet Talitha
I built the resource I couldn't find.
I left a relationship with someone who displayed covert narcissistic traits, did the deep work, and rebuilt myself. I thought that was the end of the story — until I realised my daughter couldn't leave. She could only be supported through it.
There are countless resources for adults leaving high-conflict relationships. There is very little for parents raising children inside them. So I became my daughter's emotional translator, learning everything I could about nervous-system safety, trauma-informed communication and child development within high-conflict dynamics — not to turn her against her father, but to give her internal anchors he couldn't take from her.
My Parenting Compass is that work, made available to you: not blame, not explanations — clarity, capacity, and skills your child should never have needed, but now needs, and deserves to have.
— Talitha

Common questions
Before you begin
Which course should I start with?
Most parents start with The Safe Co-Parenting Method — it's the foundation the other courses build on. Each course stands alone, though, and you're welcome to choose any course that fits where you're at.
Is this course a substitute for therapy or legal advice?
No. These courses offer practical, trauma-informed parenting tools, not clinical or legal advice. If you're in a crisis or unsafe situation, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local support service.
How much time do I need each week?
Each course is self-paced and designed around a busy parent's reality — most lessons take 10–20 minutes, so you can move through them between school pickups and bedtime.
Will this help my child directly, or is it just for me?
Both. Some courses, like Safe Hearts Method and Sunny's Feelings, include activities to work through with your child. Others focus on building your own regulation and boundaries first.
How long do I have access?
Once you enrol, you have ongoing access to your course materials, so you can revisit them whenever a new challenge comes up.
What if I'm not sure this is the right fit?
If you've read the "Is this for you" section and it feels familiar, it's very likely the right fit. If you're still unsure, feel free to email before enrolling.
You don't have to figure this out alone.
Give yourself — and your child — the skills this situation demands. Start with the course that meets you where you are.
