A course for your child

Sunny's Feelings Adventure

A story-led journey for children who are ready to dive deeper into tricky feelings: when things don't make sense, when words and actions don't match, and when feelings get pushed or pulled. Along the way, they build critical thinking and a strong sense of self.

8 adventures · games, drawing and calming tools · a guide for grown-ups

What children may be feeling
“Something doesn't make sense.”
“What I saw is not what I was told.”
“I love both of them, but I feel pulled.”
“I do not know who I can talk to.”

Children do not have to figure it all out. They can trust what they feel and stay themselves.

Some feelings are bigger than "sad" or "mad."

Children in high-conflict families can face loyalty binds, mixed messages and pressure to feel a certain way. Without words for it, they may start doubting themselves.

Sunny gives them a friendly guide through it, without ever naming who is right or wrong, and always with a reminder that they are not responsible for the grown-up conflict.

No matter what happens around me, I can stay me on the inside.

Safe Hearts builds emotional safety and calming skills across two homes. Sunny’s Feelings goes deeper into loyalty binds, manipulation, mixed messages and building critical thinking and a strong sense of self.

Should I do it with my child?

Sit nearby and use the For Grown-Ups guide in each adventure for conversation starters, then follow your child’s lead.

Will my child be asked to talk about the other parent?

No. The course never asks children to compare homes or report on the other parent.

Is this therapy?

No. It is general emotional support and sits alongside professional help, not in place of it.

Give your child a friendly guide.

A gentle adventure that helps children trust what they feel, love both parents and stay themselves.
