The signature program
You didn't sign up for high-conflict co-parenting. But you can still build a steady, secure life for your child inside it.
The SAFE Co-Parenting Method is ten modules, a script library and a set of tools you can actually use mid-meltdown, not another lecture on staying calm. Work through it at your own pace. Nothing here needs to be perfect, including you.
“I rewrite every message a hundred times.”
“Nothing I say is ever enough.”
“Why can't we just co-parent like normal people?”
“How do I protect my child without turning them against anyone?”
High-conflict co-parenting is a pattern, not a failing of yours. This course gives you a way to live inside it well.
Hope for a different co-parent can quietly cost you everything.
A lot of the exhaustion in high-conflict co-parenting comes from waiting: waiting for them to be reasonable, for the right words to land, for the system to step in.
This course starts by letting go of that waiting. Then it builds what is actually in your control: your own steadiness, your communication, and the way you show up for your child.
Stabilise. Allow. Foster. Establish. Again and again.
The method
The SAFE framework
The signature framework at the heart of the course. It is a rhythm you return to, not a checklist you complete perfectly.
Stabilise yourself
Your regulation is the first layer of your child's safety. Come back into your body before you speak.
Allow their experience
Their feelings are not a problem to solve. They are a process to hold. Make room for what they feel.
Foster their inner compass
They don't need your conclusions. They need their own inner voice to stay online. Ask, don't direct.
Establish a safe base
You don't need to control their world. You become the place they return to, through consistency, not control.
By the end, you’ll be able to…
The curriculum
10 modules in three parts
Click any stop to jump straight there. You do not have to go in order, and most people move through over about 8 to 10 weeks, one module at a time.
Seeing the pattern clearly and learning to steady yourself first.
Reclaiming your power, sharpening communication, and living the SAFE model.
Navigating hard moments, healing, and building your life beyond survival.
Tools for the actual hard moment
Skip the theory when you need to. These are built for the moment you're already in.
Keep it close
Tools you'll use long after the lessons
Every module ends with a practice and reflection prompts. Everything you write saves automatically, and you can download your reflections and protocol as real documents.
Your writing stays private to you.
Where this method comes from
The course translates established research and clinical frameworks into practical tools, including polyvagal theory, attachment theory, Bill Eddy’s high-conflict personality work and BIFF method, and radical acceptance. A full evidence list inside the course is clear about where the evidence is strong and where it is a well-regarded clinical framework.
This program applies research-informed concepts for educational and coaching purposes. It is not therapy, legal advice or a custody evaluation, and it does not claim clinical outcomes.

- Give you a script to win an argument.

Questions you might have
How is the course delivered?
As an interactive online course you move through at your own pace. After you enrol, you receive an email with your course link and access code. It works in any web browser, on a phone, tablet or computer.
Do I have to do the modules in order?
No. Most people go in order over about 8 to 10 weeks, but you can jump straight to any module or to the toolkit when you need it.
Is this the right course to start with?
It is the most common starting point because it holds the framework the other courses build on. Every course stands alone though, so choose whichever fits where you are right now.
Is my progress and writing private?
Yes. Your reflections and notes belong to you. No one else sees them.
Is this therapy or legal advice?
No. It is educational. It can sit alongside professional support, and it will help you get more from it.
You can build a steady life for your child, even from here.
Ten modules, a script library and practical tools for the moments that matter, all in a framework you can return to again and again.
Self-paced and private. After you enrol, your course link and access code are emailed to you.
