An online course for parents

Am I co-parenting with a narcissist?

Every conversation turns into a battle. You second-guess your own memory. Your child comes home different. This course gives you a name for what's happening, and a way through it that protects your child and your sanity.

15 modules · interactive lessons, activities and tools · self-paced and private

Does this sound familiar?
“Am I seeing this correctly?”
“Am I the problem?”
“Am I overreacting?”
“Why does every conversation become a battle?”

You're not imagining it, and you're not alone in asking.

You've probably tried everything you were told to try.

Communicate more clearly. Assume good faith. Give it time. Be the bigger person. And somehow, none of it worked.

That isn't because you did it wrong. It's because most co-parenting advice is built for two people who are working from the same basic reality. When the other parent's behaviour follows a pattern of gaslighting, blame-shifting, triangulation, image management and chronic conflict, that advice can quietly make things worse.

This course starts where that advice stops.

The method

The SAFE framework

Four steps that run through every module, so what you learn turns into things you can actually do.

S

Stabilise yourself

Understand the environment you're parenting within, so you can stop doubting your own perception and steady yourself first.

A

Allow their experience

Let your children feel whatever they feel, without correcting it, fixing it or defending the other parent.

F

Foster their inner compass

Help your children be themselves and think critically, so they can find their own way.

E

Establish a safe base

Become your child's rock: the steady, reliable place they can come back to.

By the end, you’ll be able to…

Recognise the patternTell normal co-parenting friction apart from a narcissistic dynamic, and trust your own read.
Spot the tacticsName gaslighting, DARVO, triangulation and the manipulation cycle as they happen.
Communicate without feeding the fireUse gray rock and BIFF to keep exchanges short, factual and hard to twist.
Protect your child’s sense of selfCounter the roles and narratives your child is handed, and build their critical thinking.
Stay close through alienationRecognise the slow turn early and deepen the relationship rather than the battle.
Be ready for courtDocument clearly and present yourself credibly to lawyers and evaluators.

A toolkit you'll use long after the lessons

When you're mid-conflict you won't want to re-read a lesson. The built-in toolkit gathers the essentials in one place, and you can print it.

It also holds your own reflections from the course, which stay private to you.

Grounded in research, written for real life

Each module includes a “the science behind this” section so you can see where the ideas come from. The material draws on research and professional writing on narcissistic personality patterns and on parental alienation, including the work of Dr. Amy J.L. Baker and Dr. Ramani Durvasula.

The course is educational. It is not legal advice, therapy or a diagnosis of anyone, and it never asks you to label your co-parent. It helps you recognise patterns and respond to them well.

This course is for you if…

  • You co-parent with someone whose behaviour keeps leaving you confused, exhausted or doubting yourself.
  • You’ve tried the standard advice and it has not worked.
  • You worry about what this is doing to your child.
  • You want practical steps, not just validation.
  • You want to learn at your own pace, in private.

It’s not designed to…

  • Diagnose your co-parent. Only a qualified clinician can do that.
  • Replace legal advice or therapy.
  • Give you a script that makes the other parent change.
  • Encourage you to turn your child against anyone.
