A nervous system course for parents

You can't reach a calm child from a dysregulated body.

Not yours. Not theirs. This course trades behaviour-management tricks for something sturdier: understanding what is actually happening in the body underneath every meltdown, shutdown and snap, yours included.

10 modules + a bonus · interactive lessons and an Emergency Toolkit · self-paced and private

Does this sound familiar?
“I know better, and I still lose it.”
“Why can't they just calm down?”
“I feel guilty after every blow-up.”
“I never feel calm enough.”

You're not failing. Your body is doing what bodies do under stress, and that can be understood.

What's wrong with my child? is the wrong question.

The shift in this course is from "what is wrong with my child?" to "what state are we in?" Behaviour becomes information about the nervous system rather than a verdict on you or them.

And you don't have to be perfectly calm to be a safe parent. You have to be able to notice, steady and repair.

Regulation comes first. Connection follows.
