A self-paced course

The space between trigger and reaction is where your power returns.

Boundary Mastery is a nervous-system informed framework for co-parents in high-conflict dynamics, built to protect your peace, your child and your sanity, one module at a time.

10 modules · 60 lessons · hands-on tools · self-paced and private

Does this sound familiar?
“You never communicate properly.”
“I explain and explain and nothing changes.”
“I know what I want to say, and then I react.”
“Is this a boundary violation or just uncomfortable?”

Most co-parenting advice assumes good faith on both sides. This course starts from the reality you are in.

Better communication isn't the answer.

The tools most advice reaches for were built for a different kind of system. In high-conflict dynamics, trying to be understood can keep you stuck.

This course is about boundaries as something you hold about your own behaviour, not rules you enforce on someone else, and about the one core skill that makes them possible: the pause.

Boundaries hold when you are regulated enough to choose your response.

The method

Where Boundary Mastery fits in SAFE

The course lives primarily in E, Establish a Safe Base, with real ties to S, Stabilise Yourself.

S

Stabilise yourself

Present throughout. Regulate enough to notice what is happening and choose your response.

A

Allow their experience

Let your child feel what they feel, without needing to fix, minimise or manage it.

F

Foster their inner compass

Help your child build their own sense of right, wrong and self-trust.

E

Establish a safe base

The primary focus: the predictable, boundaried environment where safety becomes possible.

By the end, you’ll be able to…

Know what a boundary really isTell boundaries apart from rules, requests and attempts to control.
Spot the hooksRecognise accusation, confusion, urgency and moral hooks as they arrive.
Pause before you reactUse real-time interruption skills when messages, handovers and surprises hit.
Build your communication systemDesign response timing, channels and formats that operate automatically.
Protect your child without collapsingValidate without agreeing, and avoid accidental coaching or aligning against the other parent.
Reset after a violationRecover quickly without restarting the cycle, and build long-term emotional freedom.
